As of late 2009, there are three widely available and actively maintained setups to choose from - Classic WB, AmigaSYS and AmiKit.
Classic Workbench, by EAB member Bloodwych, is an excellent preinstalled Workbench 3 package. It is designed to work on real Amigas and also works with emulated Amiga’s (using WinUAE).

It contains many expansions and add-ons (more than 25.000 files are included in AmiKit!) that turn the default AmigaOS installation into a completely renewed and fresh environment. This pre-configured package is designed for immediate use. ”
